All renovation projects begin with a detailed scope of work agreement. Any modification to the agreed-upon design, materials, or services must be documented through a formal change order signed by both parties. Changes may incur additional costs and affect project timelines.

FitSpace Pro utilizes high-quality, durable materials and equipment from reputable manufacturers. Equipment warranties are those provided by the original manufacturer and are transferred to the client upon project completion. We will assist clients with any warranty claims where possible.

We guarantee the quality of our installation workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion. If any issues arise directly attributable to our installation quality within this period, we will remedy them at no additional cost. This guarantee excludes issues arising from normal wear and tear, client misuse, or lack of proper maintenance.

Service Warranty Periods and Coverage
FitSpace Pro warrants its installation services to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the completion date. This warranty covers labor and direct materials used in the installation process. It does not extend to equipment malfunctions, which are covered by manufacturer warranties, or damage resulting from client misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

Equipment Warranty Transfer and Maintenance
All fitness equipment and materials supplied by FitSpace Pro for your renovation project come with their original manufacturer warranties. These warranties are directly transferred to you, the client, upon the final payment and completion of the project. We recommend reviewing manufacturer handbooks for specific warranty details and maintenance requirements. FitSpace Pro is not responsible for equipment maintenance or repairs beyond our installation warranty.
Limitation of Liability and Damage Exclusions
FitSpace Pro's liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
- Liability is capped at the service contract value.

Insurance Requirements and Coverage Expectations
FitSpace Pro maintains comprehensive general liability insurance coverage. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have adequate homeowner's or renter's insurance to cover their property and its contents during the renovation period. It is advisable to inform your insurance provider of the upcoming renovation to confirm coverage and discuss any requirements.
Force Majeure and Uncontrollable Circumstances
FitSpace Pro shall not be deemed in default or otherwise liable for any delay in or failure of its performance under these terms due to direct or indirect causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics, government regulations, labor disputes, or material shortages.
